Our flagship Summer Program provides participants with rigorous social science field methods and ethics training as well as instruction in first aid, data protection, risk management, and IRB protocols. In 2023, we are also thrilled to offer a new, classroom based summer mini-course in fieldwork!
Annual Conference
The ARC Consortium Annual Conference focuses on creating opportunities for a diverse group of scholars conducting research in violence-affected field sites to engage with each other openly, constructively, and honestly across generations, departments, regional foci, and methodological approaches.
Engagement
As individuals, our conveners and affiliated faculty work with universities, NGOs, international organizations, and independent researchers to develop new strategies and training approaches for those engaged in data collection and analysis in challenging research contexts.
